In Person—Make a payment with cash or check at the Clearwater County Service Center U.S. Mail –Payments must be postmarked by the U.S. Post Office on or before the due date. Please mail payments to: Clearwater Auditor/Treasurer Courthouse - Second Floor 213 Main Avenue North Attn: Dept. 202 Bagley, MN 56621-8304 Any payments made after the due date are considered late and are subject to penalty. Please make checks payable to Clearwater County Auditor/Treasurer.

To obtain property tax information or pay online, please search by one of the following options:

Parcel Number (Example: 12.345.6789)
Property or Mailing Address (Examples: 1234, or Main, or 1234 Main)

Then, click on search and select your property listed in results.

		Payment Information
Online Payment is available from this site. However, please note that a convenience fee will apply. E-check transactions are $2.75, or $15 if the transaction is over $10,000.00 Credit Card transactions are 2.5%, minimum $1.00 NOTE: Convenience fees are charged and collected by our payment vendor Official Payments.
